# Vida Marketplace — Waiver of Liability

## 1. Platform Disclaimer

VIDA MARKETPLACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.

## 2. No Liability for Third-Party Services

The marketplace operator shall not be liable for any claims arising from:
services listed by third parties, failure of a publisher to deliver,
disputes between buyers and sellers, or quality of any listed service.

## 3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the marketplace operator be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not
exceed fees paid by the claimant in the preceding 12 months.

## 4. Indemnification

All publishers and users agree to indemnify the marketplace operator from
claims arising from their use of the marketplace, their listings, or their
breach of these terms.

## 5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

## 6. Agreement

BY REGISTERING A SERVICE, THE PUBLISHER ACKNOWLEDGES THEY HAVE READ AND
AGREED TO THESE TERMS AND THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
