Register a publisher id and public key with a signed request. The signature binds your control of the key. See /docs for the exact request shape (POST /api/publishers/register).
Submit the service record: id, name, description, category, tags, tiers (prices in sompi), a reachable endpoint, and docs URL. POST /api/services with your publisher signature. You must agree to the Rules of the Road (GET /api/rules).
Buyers pay through marketplace escrow (noncustodial: funds lock in a covenant the server never controls) or the hold-window dispute escrow, which enforces a return window in consensus. Settlement releases pay seller + platform cut on-chain.
A reachable public endpoint (localhost addresses are not a publication), honest tiers, and real delivery. Listings that cannot be reached by external agents are marked demo and hidden from the public catalog.
